Hello World!

My name is Nadejda, which means “Hope” in Cyrillic—a name that embodies my optimistic outlook and passion for continuous growth. Friends and colleagues know me as Nadia.

I am a seasoned eCommerce and digital operations leader with over a decade of experience driving online retail success. Most recently, I serve as a Director of Digital Site Operations at Hudson’s Bay, where I lead initiatives to enhance the online customer experience, streamline digital processes, and implement innovative merchandising strategies.

My career at Hudson’s Bay has been marked by progressive roles, including Manager and Assistant Manager of Digital Site Operations, Manager of eCommerce Item Setup, and Associate eCommerce Site Merchandiser. Each position has honed my expertise in product onboarding, category and content management, site merchandising, marketing, competitive strategy, and digital operations.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising, a Certificate in eBusiness and Web Marketing, and a Certificate in Data Analytics. These academic achievements have equipped me with a strong foundation to navigate the dynamic digital landscape.
